What we collect
When you use our forms or email us, we collect what you send: the property address or APN, your email address, and anything you choose to tell us. Our website host also records basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure.
How we use it
- To review your property and reply to your request
- To deliver reports, memberships and services you purchase
- To send the By Right Brief if you subscribe, with an unsubscribe link in every issue
- To improve our analysis and our website
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business (website hosting, email, payments and newsletter delivery), and only as needed to provide our services, or when the law requires it.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of our emails at any time. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Email andi@byrightcapital.com with the subject “Privacy request,” and we'll respond within the time the law requires. We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete it.
